Our quilts may be ordered in many patterns and fabric colors. We will use only new cotton and poly-cotton fabrics. A sample block or fabrics will be mailed, for your approval, before the quilt is finished. We use bonded polyester batting and our quilting uses a close hand-guided lockstitch machine quilting. Our quilts are very durable and may be machine washed, in cold water, without chlorine bleach and machine dried.
All first orders and custom orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Custom orders include quilts pieced in any sizes except queen size, or in special colors, or special types of fabrics, in any size. All purchases must be prepaid before shipment of merchandise is made. Your order will be shipped within 7 days of our receipt of your final check, cash or money-order.
Shipping & Returns
All shipped orders will be charged $15.00 per quilt for shipping and handling fee, in the continental USA. Orders are shipped by insured Parcel Post. All return claims must be authorized by QUILTS PLUS within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. No returns for full refund will be accepted after 14 days from receipt of order.
